    Loved the indoor swimming pool 🏊 It was so refreshing after a long day. The room was spacious, but the bed was a bit hard for my taste. A nice stay.

    Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was outstanding compared to comparable hotel offerings. Great value for rate paid.

    The hotel location is very difficult to find and even then directions provided by Booked.net were challenging due to the lack of street signs on the primary route leading to the hotel. When we called the hotel for help, we were told to take a cab even though we explained htat we had a rental car. The staff was not very helpful as they were unable to identify specific landmarks or street names. Also, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom to use a hair dryer.

    New-fashioned & exceptional room with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. Good choice of different food. Absolutely perfect and good location as only 5 minutes to Hof ter Musschen Event Venue. Very, very nice staff throughout our stay.

    Clean, good value hotel, its location was absolutely perfect and marvellous and just next door to the town centre and the tedious 'European' area, the Woluwe Park and the tube. The breakfast is perfect with Chinese food and a '' Chinese food '' section, there's an option for each taste.

    Amazing hotel with its fast wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay! Highly recommend for a great experience. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

    Hot water issues need addressing!!! Check-in process is painfully slow!!! Room design flaws compromise comfort and privacy!!! Regular maintenance is essential for a better guest experience!!!

    it was next to my workplace at the time..

    airconditioning did not function.Room was very hot.Wanted to open up the balcony door > was not possible because of bed standing before it.Other second bed was standing right before the closet blocking possibility to hang my clothes in it.Noisy hotel.When arriving at the reception desk with my Booked.net reservationnr and printout in hand they told me that the room was not booked > in the end after some discussion they gave me a room.
